Tiering more specific

I really liked the different forms of tiering. Many of the types in the book were tiered except that they were the students' decision rather than the teacher.

Would you take a few minutes and explain your understanding of tiering, now that we've had several discussions about it? This wasn't enough to give me a good idea about what you know and understand.
